At InternVault, we believe in transparency and fairness. Due to the nature of our service — which involves instant project delivery and certificate eligibility based on timeline — we maintain a strict refund policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
Once your payment is completed and access to the first internship project is granted, no refunds will be issued, under any circumstances.
This applies regardless of:
- Personal schedule changes
- Lack of time or motivation
- Change of mind
- Inability to complete the assigned project
- Unused portion of the internship duration
We urge users to consider the timeline and commitment before enrolling.
If you:
- Made a successful payment, but
- Did not receive access to the project dashboard or any platform service due to a verified technical error,
Then you may request a refund within 48 hours of the transaction by emailing support@internvault.com with proof of payment.
Refunds in this case will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Users may upgrade to a longer-duration plan (e.g., from 1 month to 3 months) by paying the difference in plan cost.
Conditions:
- Upgrade requests must be made before the current duration is completed
- Downgrades or partial refunds are not allowed under any circumstance
To request an upgrade, contact support@internvault.com with your registered email ID and payment reference.
- Purchased plans are tied to the individual who registered.
- Transferring or gifting access to another person after payment is not permitted.
- Refunds will not be issued for purchases made using incorrect personal details.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised after access has been granted, InternVault reserves the right to:
- Revoke certificate eligibility
- Blacklist the user from future internship opportunities
- Share incident details with partner platforms if necessary
